Otilia is originally a native of the Bay Area and lived in Santa Rosa with her husband and three sons from 1998 to 2008.  Then in 2008 they moved to Folsom and she has enjoyed getting to know her community, as well as the surrounding communities.  Otilia and her family spend most of their free time traveling and attending sporting events as a family.
